We are thrilled to announce a record-breaking achievement for William Pu Music Academy! An outstanding 82 students — 74 WPMA strings, woodwind, and brass students have won positions in the 2025 GMEA All-State Band and Orchestra! And, 12 WPMA students got accepted to the GMEA District 5 and District 9 Band! This accomplishment reflects our students’ dedication, perseverance, and exceptional talent in these highly competitive auditions.
A huge round of applause to our dedicated WPMA faculty, whose expertise and support have guided our students through this rigorous process. These young musicians will showcase their talents at the GMEA All-State Band and Orchestra in Athens, Georgia on 2/27-3/1, 2025.
