WPMA Partners with Duluth Middle School Orchestra Program

Teaching a girl how to play the cello
People playing the violin

Thanks to a grant from the Duluth Fine Arts League, the William Pu Music Academy now offers lessons to deserving students at  Duluth Middle School Orchestra. The DMS orchestra is led by co-teacher Ms. Grace Parsons and Ms. Katherine Mathis, who came up with the idea of and funding for this project.

Mr. William Pu and Dr. Martin Gueorguiev have been teaching lessons and report that the students are doing well, working hard, and enjoying learning. We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with one of our local schools to encourage excellence!

Thank you to everyone involved in creating this opportunity. Ms. Mathis, thank you for allowing us to be a part of this. WPMA is proud to be giving back to our schools!
