Piano Student Caroline Malcom Wins MTNA State Competition!

A big congratulations to Caroline Malcom for winning the Music Teachers National Association (MTNA) State Competition, which was held in Columbus, GA on October 22! Caroline is a senior at Milton High School and is a student of Ms. Yoon Kyung Jang at the William Pu Music Academy. She began her piano studies at the age of 5. Caroline will represent the state of Georgia and advance to compete with the winner of each state for the national title. Caroline attended the Georgia Governor’s Honors Program (GHP) in the summer of 2021 in piano. The MTNA National Competitions are the most successful and prestigious student competitions in the country. Each year, thousands of students compete for top prizes and national recognition. Bravo to Caroline and her piano teacher at WPMA , Ms. Youn Kyung Jang!
