Starting in October 2018, William Pu Music Academy is excited to present a new performance opportunity for young cellists. The WPMA Cello Ensemble will offer intermediate and advanced level players a chance to explore and enjoy the unique repertoire and sonorities of the cello choir. Led by Dr. Martin Gueorguiev, the cello ensemble will perform at WPMA concerts and events, including the academy’s Annual Showcase Concert in the Spring of 2019.
The rehearsal schedule will include a total of 10 two-hour rehearsals that will take place throughout the 2018-2019 school year, with exact dates to be set once the ensemble’s roster is complete. The rehearsals will likely take place on weekends at the William Pu Music Academy in Alpharetta.
The WPMA Cello Ensemble is open to intermediate and advanced Middle and High School cellists, both current William Pu Music Academy students and others.

Tuition: $250 for current WPMA students, $350 for non-WPMA students.
