Each summer, the National Youth Orchestra of the United States of America (NYO-USA) brings together the brightest young musicians. Following a comprehensive audition process and a multi-week training residency with leading professional orchestra musicians, these remarkable teenagers embark on a tour to some of the great music capitals of the world while serving as dynamic music ambassadors.
Congratulations to Didi Stone, a student of Mr. William Pu for being selected as one of the two concertmasters performing and touring with the National Youth Orchestra (NYO-USA) in South America from July 20 to August 15. The first performance of 2024 NYO was in New York Carnegie Hall NYO, conducted under the baton of Marin Alsop. Kudos to Didi’s achievement and bravo to Mr. Pu’s excellent teaching and guidance! 🎻👏🏻🎶
