The Atlanta Festival Academy outreach program has been offering free lessons to eight minority students at Duluth Middle School since F all 2023. It is incredibly rewarding to witness the significant improvement of these students. We extend our gratitude to the William Pu Music Academy @wpmusicacademy faculty for their dedication and excellent teaching: Mr. William Pu (violin), Dr. Shang Jian (violin), Mr. Clark Carruth (viola), Dr. Martin Gueorguiev (cello), and Mr. Michael Farrick (bass). We also thank the Duluth Middle School Orchestra teachers, Ms. Katherine Mathis and Ms. Grace Parson, for their invaluable support in giving these students the opportunity to discover their potential. The Atlanta Festival Academy is committed to continuing this wonderful program and helping many more students passionate about learning music.
